Let me give you some more details about the 1-2-1 coaching.

The introductory session helps you to get started in this area, and is an hour long session. The monthly coaching package allows you to get two skype/phone sessions in the month. In the first of these calls we will get clear about your goals and start setting some action steps. You will also have a month of e-mailing coaching support which will allow us to keep track of your goals (googledocs is free and a very useful tool). We can also discuss any barriers and blocks that are preventing you from moving forward during this time. On the second call you can focus on new goals, or continue to work on goals already set.
